We are seeking a skilled specialist to support, enhance, and modernize core enterprise platforms.
 

Position Details

  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Minimum 2 days per week onsite)
  • Location: Harrisburg, PA
  • Interview Process: Web Cam or In-Person Interview

  • Kofax Capture (Scanning workflows, OCR, document indexing, batch processing)
  • REST & SOAP Web Services (API integration, XML, JSON)
  • Relational Databases & SQL
Secondary / Preferred Skills:
 
  • IBM Case Manager & IBM Content Navigator (Customization & plugin development)
  • DevOps & Version Control (Azure DevOps / ADO, Git, TFS)
  • Tungsten TotalAgility
  • Microsoft .NET Technologies (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server)
  • IBM Certifications in BAW or FileNet

What You’ll Do

  • Workflow & Content Management: Design, build, and maintain enterprise business workflows using IBM BAW and FileNet.
  • System Integration: Develop REST/SOAP APIs and backend components to integrate IBM platforms with Java applications and enterprise databases.
  • Document Processing: Support and optimize Kofax Capture scanning, OCR, indexing, and validation processes.
  • Support & Modernization: Troubleshoot complex system defects, perform code reviews, and migrate source control to Azure DevOps.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years in enterprise application development, maintenance, and system integration.
  • Domain: 5+ years hands-on experience in IBM workflow and content management platforms.
