Desktop Support Engineer

We are Hiring Level 1 Desktop Support Engineer Australia wideMinimum 6 months to 2 years of Experience.Required Duties & Skills:

• Troubleshooting and maintenance of IT equipment and Network infrastructure.
• Understanding of network infrastructure, DC, DNS, DHCP, IP
• Understanding of Firewall,VLANs,Emails - Office365 and on-premise Exchange server,Teamviewer and Storage.
• Windows OS Server and Client
• Solid understanding of switching and routing
• Familiar with windows installation, upgrading and troubleshooting
• Onsite and offsite Backup monitoring
• Basic networking with understanding of Modem / Routers
• Full Working rights to work in Australia
