Were currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join an established manufacturing business in Nottingham. The company has a strong reputation within its industry and operates a modern, highly automated manufacturing environment.

The RoleAs an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, youll be responsible for keeping a range of automated manufacturing machinery running efficiently and safely. The role will involve a mixture of planned maintenance, reactive fault finding and continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Attending to electrical and mechanical breakdowns across the site
- Fault finding on automated machinery and production equipment
- Robot fault finding and programming
- PLC fault finding, diagnostics and programming
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Identifying recurring faults and helping to improve machine reliability
- Working with automated systems, sensors, drives, motors and control equipment
- Supporting installation, modification and improvement projects where required
- Working closely with the wider engineering and production teams
- Maintaining a safe and organised working environment
Were looking for an electrically biased maintenance engineer who is confident working in a highly automated manufacturing environment.
Youll ideally have experience with:
- Electrical maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- PLC fault finding and programming
- Robotics fault finding and programming
- Automated machinery and control systems
- Planned and reactive maintenance
- Reading and interpreting electrical drawings
- Diagnosing faults efficiently and methodically
