Construction Site Superintendent

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead industrial, agricultural, or food processing construction projects from site mobilization through equipment installation, startup, and closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate subcontractors, trade foremen, and site activities.

• Manage project schedules, site logistics, safety, and quality.

• Oversee civil, concrete, structural, millwright, and process equipment installation.

• Monitor progress, resolve field issues, and maintain daily project documentation.

• Ensure compliance with OSHA and project safety requirements.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years in a superintendent or field leadership role.

• Experience in industrial, agricultural, grain, milling, or food processing construction.

• Greenfield construction experience preferred.

• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification, First Aid/CPR, and applicable competent-person training required.

• Must be willing to travel full-time and temporarily relocate to project sites across the U.S.
