Skid Steer Operators

Job Summary:

1Resource Group are seeking an experienced Skid Steer Operators to safely and efficiently operate skid steer loaders and other construction equipment for Yuma & Lukeville, Arizona and El Paso, Texas. The operator will assist with material handling, site preparation, excavation, grading, and general construction activities.

Responsibilities:

Operate skid steer loaders safely and efficiently.

Perform grading, leveling, excavation, backfilling, and material loading.

Move dirt, gravel, debris, and other materials around the jobsite.

Use attachments such as buckets, forks, augers, or other approved equipment.

Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.

Follow all jobsite safety rules, procedures, and OSHA requirements.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Assist other crew members with general construction duties as needed.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and other equipment operators.

Pay: $32.29hr+PW

Requirements:

Previous skid steer operating experience required.

Construction or industrial jobsite experience preferred.

Ability to safely operate equipment in various terrain and conditions.

Knowledge of basic equipment maintenance and safety procedures.

Must be dependable and able to work scheduled shifts.

Ability to pass required site-specific background checks, drug testing, or safety orientations, if applicable.

OSHA training is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit and operate equipment for extended periods.

Ability to climb in and out of heavy equipment.

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Ability to perform occasional manual labor when needed.
