Permanent / 37 hours per week / Full Time (with flexibility for part-time to be considered)
Huntingdon, Peterborough or Lincoln - Hybrid
2x Permanent & 2x 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

At Anglian Water, we're committed to delivering projects that make a real difference. As a Change Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring change initiatives succeed by focusing on the people side of change-helping individuals adopt new processes, systems, and ways of working.
What you will be doing
Develop and implement tailored change management strategies for projects and programmes.
Lead change activities to drive faster adoption, higher utilisation, and greater proficiency.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, coaching leaders and frontline managers.
Create actionable plans including communications, training, and resistance management.
Monitor readiness, track success metrics, and manage risks to ensure smooth delivery.
Collaborate with project teams and change specialists to embed best practice and evolve enterprise change capability.
Support a culture of continuous improvement in health and safety.
What does it take to be a Change Manager?
Prosci Change Management Practitioner or CMI qualification (or equivalent).
Proven experience delivering people-focused change projects.
Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to coach, build trust, and work collaboratively across all levels.
Resilience, creativity, and confidence to use your initiative.
