Description
Join our team as a senior-level developer leading the design and implementation of enterprise-level contact center solutions. 
This onsite contract position in Addison, Texas, involves working with cutting-edge technologies to enhance customer engagement and streamline operations. 
The role requires extensive experience in developing and integrating complex software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture and development of customer-facing solutions including self-service capabilities and intelligent routing strategies. Develop integrations between platforms and enterprise applications, CRM systems, and third-party services. Design and implement custom solutions using APIs, SDKs, and integration frameworks. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions and provide technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle. Drive platform modernization and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance user experiences.

Qualifications
8 years of development experience in leading migration and modernization initiatives. Strong experience in designing scalable, secure, and resilient architectures. Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex application and integration issues. Experience in producing technical specifications and solution designs. Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
