Job Description

Oracle Sales Cloud Consultant

Introduction:

As an Oracle Sales Cloud Consultant, you will play a key role in leading and supporting Oracle Fusion ICM implementation, configuration, customization, enhancement, and production-support activities. You will participate in full-cycle Oracle Fusion CX Cloud implementations involving ICM, analyze business requirements, translate them into scalable solutions, configure ICM components, develop and maintain reports, and support integrations using various tools and technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support Oracle Fusion ICM implementation, configuration, customization, enhancement, and production support activities.
  • Participate in full-cycle Oracle Fusion CX Cloud implementations involving ICM, from requirements gathering through go-live and post-production support.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable Oracle Fusion ICM/CX Cloud solutions.
  • Configure ICM components, business rules, compensation plans, crediting and calculation processes, and related application functionality.
  • Develop and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP) reports, dashboards, extracts, and analytics.
  • Perform Oracle Fusion CX Cloud customizations using Application Composer, Page Composer, Groovy scripting, custom objects, fields, validations, workflows, and application extensions.
  • Design, develop, and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Work with integration and technical teams to troubleshoot data flows, interfaces, and integration issues.
  • Develop and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional/technical specifications, solution designs, technical design documents, and test documentation.
  • Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, defect resolution, deployment, and production validation.
  • Perform root-cause analysis and resolve complex ICM, reporting, integration, and application issues.
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot incidents, and recommend permanent solutions for recurring issues.
  • Conduct user training, demonstrations, knowledge-transfer sessions, and provide post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, integration teams, and project managers to ensure successful delivery.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate requirements, solutions, issues, risks, and technical recommendations effectively.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience with Oracle ERP applications.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion CX Cloud.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation Management (ICM).
  • Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Fusion CX Cloud implementation involving ICM.
  • Strong techno-functional understanding of Oracle Fusion ICM business processes and configurations.
  • Strong technical expertise in:
    • OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)
    • BI Publisher (BIP)
    • Application Composer
    • Page Composer
    • Groovy scripting
    • REST/SOAP APIs
    • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
    • Oracle Fusion reporting, analytics, and data extracts
    • Oracle Fusion security, roles, privileges, and data access
    • Custom objects, fields, validations, workflows, and application extensions
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion CX Cloud architecture, data models, integrations, and business processes.
  • Experience across the complete SDLC, including requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Strong experience preparing BRDs, functional specifications, technical design documents, test cases, and implementation documentation.
  • Experience supporting SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect management, and production validation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer-facing experience with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.
