The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support.
• Handle a variety of issues including flat batteries, tyre changes, and complex fault-finding.
• Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in need.
• Start and finish your day from home, tackling diverse challenges on the road.
• Utilize provided tools, diagnostic equipment, and a company van to perform duties effectively.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in technical, electrical, and diagnostic work.
• A strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions independently.
