This position offers a pay rate of $28 per hour for 1st shift. Manual transmission and flatbed experience is required.

Pay & Schedule\n\n Pay: $28 per hour\n Home daily with local and regional routes\n Optional overnight runs available\nJob Details\n\n Route Type: Local Delivery\n Freight: Flat aluminum stock, occasionally coils\n Equipment: Flatbed and Conestoga trailers\n Handling: Driver must strap or chain (no tarp)\n Local runs approximately 150 miles\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Operate 2026 Kenworth 10-speed trucks\n Ensure safe and efficient transportation of goods\n Maintain a clean motor vehicle record\n Adhere to all DOT and FMCSA regulations\nMinimum Requirements\n\n 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience\n Valid Class A CDL\n Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)\n Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements\n Must be at least 21 years old\n Ability to operate flatbed and Conestoga equipment, and a manual transmission\nAdditional Earning Opportunities:\n\n Earn an additional $40 per week through our Attendance Bonus Program\n Receive a $50 weekly canteen allowance for meals, drinks, snacks, and convenience items\n Monthly Gainsharing Program with opportunities to earn additional compensation based on specific operating metrics\nBenefits:\n\n Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Insurance \n 401(k) with company match up to 5% \n 15 days PTO annually \n 7 paid holidays\n
