This employer is seeking an experienced Broadcast Director to join their dynamic team. They are a globally recognized leader in the cruise industry, known for their innovative approach to onboard entertainment and creating exceptional guest experiences. The Role

• Oversee live broadcasts from the control room, ensuring seamless execution of all show elements.
• Professionally operate all broadcast-related control systems, with a primary focus on the video mixer.
• Provide technical guidance and direction to the onboard camera operators.
• Manage the technical aspects of producing diverse live shows and original TV formats.

What You'll Need

• Vocational training as a Media Designer for Image and Sound or an equivalent qualification/degree, along with several years of professional experience.
• Several years of hands-on experience in studio production as a camera operator and as a broadcast director/video mixer.
• Proficient knowledge of studio technology, particularly Blackmagic ATEM Broadcast video mixers and AxelTech XPlayout software.
• Good understanding of non-linear editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong command of both English and German languages.
• Possess a sense of responsibility, a goal and solution-oriented mindset, and excellent communication and creative skills.
