Join us as a Receptionist and help create the perfect environment for everyone who works or visits here.
A satisfying role
The friendly, professional face of our Ashford office, you’ll offer a warm welcome to colleagues and visitors alike. You’ll set the right tone, right from the start – providing directions, answering questions and making sure everyone gets the support they need. As well as greeting our many visitors, suppliers and customers, you’ll support our team by handling admin tasks, managing incoming calls and enquiries and organising meetings.

- knowledge of office systems such as phone, mail and the MS Office suite
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
