Job Description

Systemingenieur (m/w/d) | München, Germany | On-site

  • *The Role**
  • Take cross-functional responsibility for developing and supporting vehicle systems throughout their entire lifecycle.
  • Act as the interface between project management and technical departments.
  • Manage requirements, analyzing customer needs for technical feasibility and deriving system, sub-system, and component specifications.
  • Design sub-systems and complete systems, creating architectures and specifications across all dimensions (ergonomics, HMI, mechanical integration, software/control).
  • Define, plan, and coordinate development tasks internally and externally.
  • Plan and actively support system commissioning and verification.

  • *What You'll Need**
  • Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, a solution-oriented approach, and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in a similar position, ideally within the military sector or special mechanical engineering.
  • Familiarity with common development methods and tools (e.g., V-Model, DOORS, UML, Matlab, Jira).
  • Team player with a structured and independent work style.
  • Fluent German and good English language skills.
