Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Workday Architect with expertise in integration and data warehouse tools to support our client's team. You will need to have demonstrated leadership expertise (team lead, lead architect, team manager, etc.) This a potential temp to perm role.

In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of complex system integrations within the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) platform.

The role is onsite in Dallas, TX. May be temp to perm. Must be permanently available to work in US such as . Do NOT send pure AI generated resumes as they will not be reviewed.

Responsibilities

Lead the architecture and design of comprehensive integration solutions between Workday and various enterprise systems using APIs, RESTful services, and other integration methods.
Lead the work of others - contractors and client team members.
Develop and maintain solution architecture documentation, including data models, system design diagrams, and technical specifications aligned with enterprise standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system integrations that support business processes, leveraging technologies such as SAP, Pegasystems, NoSQL databases, and microservices architectures.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Workday Architect or Integration Specialist with a strong understanding of solution architecture design within enterprise environments.
Extensive knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), API management (RESTful APIs), system design for development projects, and systems engineering principles.
Hands-on expertise with cloud infrastructure platforms
Strong background in software architecture including data model design, system integration architecture, high availability solutions, and load balancing techniques.
Experience working within Agile SDLC frameworks; ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions efficiently.
