Job Description

The Pearl At Dallas seeks a 2nd Shift Med Tech to support our healthcare technology platforms for ACME Technologies. You'll monitor critical systems, troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues, and ensure uptime for clinical and business users. Responsibilities include triaging incidents, analyzing logs, escalating complex problems, and documenting resolutions. You'll collaborate with developers, engineers, and support teams in a highly creative, learning-focused culture. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge health IT solutions, clear growth paths, and the chance to improve reliability and performance of mission-critical systems.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and support healthcare technology platforms and related infrastructure during 2nd shift
  • Troubleshoot application, system, and network issues, escalating complex incidents as needed
  • Analyze logs and performance metrics to identify and resolve recurring problems
  • Manage tickets through incident and request workflows using standard ITSM tools
  • Document issues, root causes, and resolutions to improve knowledge base and processes
  • Collaborate with developers, engineers, and support teams to maintain system reliability
  • Participate in on-call or rotation schedules as required to support critical systems
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance uptime, performance, and user experience
