Impact Recruiting Solutions is currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner to fill an opening with house calls located in Queens, New York.

Responsibilities of the Nurse Practitioner / Housecalls:

• Record patient medical history and symptoms.
• Create patient care plans and contribute to existing plans.
• Perform physical exams and patient observations.
• Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
• Educating and counseling patients and their families.

Requirements of the Nurse Practitioner / Housecalls:

• Must have an active State License
• Must be Board Certified

• The salary range for this position is $135,000 - $200,000/yr
• This is a Full-time, Part-time, or Per-Diem position (minimum of 2 days a week)
