The Role

• Create a safe and stimulating environment conducive to children's growth and learning.
• Plan and deliver engaging educational activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Nurture children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development.
• Act as a Key Person, overseeing children's progress and building strong relationships with families.
• Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage exploration and learning.

What You'll Need

• A Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience working with children under 5.
• A genuine passion for early childhood education.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver effective activities.
