Job Description

Haustechniker / Anlagenmechaniker (m/w/d) | Kellenhusen, Germany | On-site

This employer is seeking a skilled technician to join their essential operations team. They are known for providing critical medical services and are a significant employer in the region, operating a large facility directly by the coast. The role is vital for ensuring the smooth functioning of their infrastructure and supporting patient care.

The Role

  • Conduct ongoing maintenance for sanitary, heating, and climate systems in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Ensure legally compliant documentation of all services and assist with maintaining facility documentation in a CAFM system.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally within the facility's maintenance team and support other departments and external companies with construction and maintenance tasks.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support as needed.

What You'll Need

  • Completed vocational training as a sanitation, heating, and climate technician, central heating and ventilation builder, or gas and water installer.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and good IT skills; experience with CAFM systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to analyze technical problems, troubleshoot effectively, and a strong aptitude for learning.
  • Several years of professional experience and a valid driver's license (Class B).
  • Enthusiasm for work, teamwork, and a service-oriented attitude.
