Assignments may include disaster recovery, resilience, housing, infrastructure, grants management, and other public-sector initiatives.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead technical review of scopes, feasibility studies, alternatives, designs, cost estimates, schedules, permits, and construction approaches.

  • Evaluate water, wastewater, stormwater, drainage, transportation, coastal, energy, public facility, and community infrastructure needs.

  • Integrate hazard mitigation, climate resilience, benefit-cost, environmental, equity, and operability considerations into project decisions.

  • Guide compliance with federal funding, procurement, environmental, labor, and documentation requirements.

  • Facilitate coordination among owners, engineers, regulators, utilities, emergency managers, funding agencies, and community stakeholders.

  • Resolve complex technical, eligibility, scope, cost, schedule, and implementation issues.

  • Develop portfolio governance, standards, review gates, risk frameworks, and performance measures.

  • Provide technical input to grant applications, Action Plans, project worksheets, and funding strategies.

  • Review critical deliverables and provide independent quality oversight.

  • Mentor technical staff and coordinate multidisciplinary reach-back resources.

  • Support proposals, interviews, client development, and thought leadership.

  • Perform other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned to meet project, client, and organizational needs.

What You Need to Succeed:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, structural, coastal, or related engineering; planning; architecture; or comparable discipline.

  • At least ten years of progressive infrastructure planning, design, construction, funding, or program delivery experience.

  • Demonstrated leadership of complex multidisciplinary infrastructure initiatives.

  • Ability to communicate professionally, manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and produce accurate, well-organized work.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and the ability to learn client and company systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PE, RA, AICP, PMP, ENV SP, CFM, CCM, or comparable credential.

  • Federal disaster recovery, mitigation, resilience, or grant-funded capital program experience.
