MS 365/Exchange Engineer - Hybrid

We are seeking a highly skilled Exchange Engineer to manage and support our enterprise Microsoft Exchange 2019/Microsoft Exchange Online environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in email infrastructure, hybrid deployments, and email security technologies. 
Key Responsibilities: 
Manage hybrid Exchange deployments and migrations to Microsoft 365. 
Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and other scripting tools. 
Provide Tier 3 support for messaging-related incidents and service requests. 
Ensure high availability and disaster recovery for messaging systems. 
Perform regular system health checks, patching, and capacity planning. 
Document system configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions. 
Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Exchange Server environments (2019/Online). 
Monitor email traffic and security logs to detect and respond to threats or anomalies. 
Collaborate with security teams to enforce email DLP (Data Loss Prevention), encryption, and compliance policies. 

Required Qualifications: 
3+ years of experience managing Microsoft Exchange environments. 
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and hybrid configurations. 
Fluency in Exchange Online and its interactions with other M365 services such as Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Purview. 
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting. 
Solid understanding of email security protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). 
A deep understanding of Active Directory, DNS, and networking fundamentals. 
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. 

Preferred Qualifications: 
Administer and maintain Clearswift Secure Email Gateway, including policy configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting content filtering and protection against threats such as spam, direct harvest attacks, and reverse NDRs. 
Knowledge of TrendMicro ScanMail is a plus 
Experience with AirWatch MDM solution
