The Role
Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, and working closely with the other members of the team, will provide general legal advice and support to the Megaport group of companies (Group) and assist the Group’s daily business activities. This includes, but is not limited to, reviewing and negotiating master agreements, providing training and support to the global sales team, reviewing commercial contracts, PR announcements, drafting policies and other documentation, supporting legal operations initiatives and supporting the Chief Legal Officer and broader legal team on specific projects and tasks.
