Join Macquarie's EMEA Futures team as a Senior Futures and Options Execution Broker, supporting the continued growth of our Multi-Asset Futures and Options business. Working within our global client franchise, you will provide high-touch execution and brokerage services to institutional clients while contributing to business development, client coverage and strategic growth initiatives. What role will you play?
As a member of the EMEA Futures team, you will provide execution and brokerage services across futures and options markets for a diverse institutional client base, including asset managers, hedge funds, pension funds, insurance companies, corporates and financial institutions. Through high-touch client service, market insight and strong relationship management, you will help clients achieve their trading objectives while identifying opportunities for business growth and broader franchise development.
Working closely with colleagues across Commodities and Global Markets, you will contribute to cross-selling initiatives and promote Macquarie's execution capabilities, including Direct Electronic Access (DEA) and algorithmic execution solutions. You will also play an important role in maintaining effective controls and achieving business objectives while upholding the highest standards of risk management, regulatory compliance and professional conduct.
What you offer
- Deep knowledge of global futures and options markets across multiple asset classes.
- Minimum 5 years' of experience in a revenue-generating execution brokerage, execution sales or futures and options markets role.
- Strong knowledge of futures and options markets across multiple asset classes.
- Proven success in developing, growing and retaining institutional client relationships, with a strong track record of revenue generation.
- Strong ability to identify and maximise cross-selling opportunities across a shared client base.
- Excellent communication, relationship management and business development skills, with experience working closely with institutional market participants.
