OTR Class A CDL Heavy Haul Driver – Oversize/Overweight
At QSL Transport, you'll haul oversized and overweight loads that most carriers can't move. From wind turbine components and heavy industrial equipment to specialized project cargo, every assignment brings new challenges. Work schedule
- Local routes – Home Daily, possibility of short OTR runs
- Average of 50–55 hours per week with guaranteed 10-hour daily minimums
- Primarily flatbed, oversize, and specialized cargo projects
- Operations focused across Texas, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, Iowa, and Missouri
What you’ll do
- Transport oversized and overweight freight throughout the U.S. and Canada
- Follow permit requirements and approved routes
- Work closely with escorts, dispatch, and customers
- Maintain the highest standards of safety and compliance
What you need to succeed
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for oversize heavy haul transportation
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in oversized heavy haul transportation
