Cybersecurity Lead

We have an immediate opening for a Cybersecurity Lead Engineer who will report directly to the CISO and be 2nd in command. Responsibilities:

• Lead Security Operations Center, incident response, and enterprise security tools
• Bridge strategic vision and tactical excellence to ensure 24/7 protection
• Drive continuous improvement across the security stack, from endpoint to cloud
• Translate complex threats into actionable defenses and manage key vendor relationships
• Manage security systems, incident response, vulnerability management, and tech risk
• Lead security projects, contribute to awareness programs, and policy development
• Stay ahead of emerging threats and lead high-severity incident response
• Collaborate with tech teams, business associates, and executives

Requirements:

Must Haves:

• Deep technical knowledge and operational excellence
• Thrives in dynamic environments and manages multiple critical initiatives
• Proven success in building and running enterprise security operations
• Strong communication skills and a passion for technology

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
• BS Degree or higher
• 8+ years of InfoSec experience, with a focus on cybersecurity
• Experience with Palo Alto firewalls
• Experience in financial services or consulting is a plus
