Hey - we’re Weel.
We build the spend management platform that thousands of finance teams across Australia and New Zealand run on. Corporate cards, reimbursements, subscriptions, bill payments, FX and AI-powered accounts payable, all in one place. More than 4,000 finance teams and over 60,000 cardholders use Weel to manage over $1.5B in spend, from startups and not-for-profits to brands you use every day.
2027 is our biggest build year yet. We’re entering a significant period of growth, with ambitious plans for our Product, Design and Engineering teams. We’re taking on hard problems in how businesses move money: making AP truly automatic, turning messy transaction data into decisions, and building AI into finance workflows that people can trust with real money.
We're AI-native. AI isn't just something we build into our product; it's changing how we work, think, design and build. We want people who are curious about what's possible, excited to experiment and keen to push the boundaries of how good work gets done. We'll give you the tools, autonomy and environment to become genuinely AI-enabled in your day-to-day work.
Here, what you build reaches real teams quickly, and you’ll see the impact in the numbers. You’ll own problems end to end, work closely with the people who use what you ship, and help shape how a growing team builds.
Interested in life at Weel? If you’re a Product Manager, Designer or an Engineer, living and working from Sydney, Australia we’d love to hear from you.
