The Role

As an Associate MEP Project Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of major Data Centre projects, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

You'll be involved across areas including:

• Leading and managing MEP workstreams across major Data Centre projects
• Managing project delivery from design through construction, commissioning and handover
• Coordinating consultants, contractors and specialist MEP stakeholders
• Monitoring programme, cost, quality, risk and project performance
• Providing technical and commercial input throughout project delivery
• Supporting client relationships and acting as a trusted project advisor
• Managing project teams and developing junior members of the team
• Contributing to the continued growth and development of the Data Centre division

About You

We're looking for an experienced MEP Project Manager/Senior MEP Project Manager with a strong background in complex construction projects and, ideally, Data Centre experience.

You'll need:

• Strong MEP Project Management experience
• Experience delivering complex, technically demanding projects
• Data Centre experience is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of MEP design, construction and commissioning
• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
• Commercial awareness and strong project controls
• The ambition to develop into a senior leadership position
