We are hiring for a well-established, medium-sized mechanical engineering company in the Gütersloh region seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that values quality and precision in its manufacturing processes.

The Role

• Assemble machine components according to work plans, drawings, parts lists, and specific instructions.
• Verify the completeness of order documents and required parts prior to assembly.
• Perform assembly operations using technical aids, including welding, pressing, locksmithing, surface treatment, and sheet metal work.
• Test the functionality of completed assemblies and conduct leak tests.
• Resolve minor disruptions in the assembly process independently and assist supervisors and design teams with assembly challenges.

What You'll Need

• Completed technical apprenticeship (e.g., Industrial Mechanic, Mechatronics Technician).
• Previous experience in an assembly role.
• Strong teamwork skills combined with an independent and conscientious work ethic.
