Journeyman Software Developer with Security Clearance

The base salary range for this position is $120 ,700 to $151,200 (USD), exclusive of any discretionary bonuses and benefits. JOB DESCRIPTION MissionEdge Technologies is seeking a Journeyman Software Developer to help build innovative, mission-driven software solutions that make an impact.

In this role, you will design, develop, test, and deploy software using C/C++, Python, Windows, and Linux while collaborating with customers and technical teams to create cutting-edge Cyber Network Operations (CNO) capabilities. Essential Job Functions

• Design and code software components, units, and modules to meet product specifications and development schedules for clients/customers.
• Demonstrate knowledge of one or more platforms and operating systems and of programming languages such as Windows, Linux, C/C++ and Python.
• Test and debug software components and units.
• Adhere to product build and release schedules and strategies.
• Document and present findings.
• Develop software prototype demonstrations.
• Do independent research into software and device vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with headquarters and local customers to develop and integrate cutting-edge CNO tools.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Due to the nature of this position and the information that employees will be required to access; U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Active TS/SCI w/ polygraph
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related discipline and 3+ years of experience. A Master's degree may substitute for 3 years of experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance w/Poly
• C/C++ and Python experience
• Assembly experience (any platform/processor) Desired/Preferred Skills:
• Experience supporting USCYBERCOM, NSA, DoD cyber operations, or related mission environments.
• Experience doing Software Development, Reverse Engineering, and Vulnerability Analysis.
• Experience on at least two of the following platforms: Linux, Windows, Mobile.

Working Conditions: Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are normally set from Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required. Additional details on the precise hours will be informed to the candidate from the Program Manager/Hiring Manager. Employees are required to notify management in advance of any plans to relocate out of state to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.

Physical Requirements: May be required to lift and carry items weighting up to 25 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the workday.

Background Screening/Check/Investigation: Successful Completion of a Background Screening/Check/Investigation will be required as a condition of hire.
