The Role

• Provide a range of expert beauty treatments including threading, tinting, facial and brow waxing, lash lifts, piercing, and nail services.
• Offer professional advice to customers, ensuring a positive in-store experience.
• Engage confidently with clients, recommending treatments and upselling products and services.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques.
• Perform services such as body waxing and spray tanning.

What You'll Need

• NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy or an equivalent qualification.
• A genuine desire to exceed customer expectations through exceptional service.
• Confidence in engaging with customers and recommending treatments/services.
• A passion for all things beauty and awareness of current trends.
• Ability to offer professional advice and tailor treatments to client needs.
