SAP Program Manager

Role : SAP Program Manager Location: San Jose, CA Duration: Contract role
Program management experience using a formal methodology including Agile, scrum, Waterfall 7-10 Years of as a Project/Program Manager Create projects which includes scope, schedule, cost, quality, organization, communication, staffing, risk and issue management Define project plan for the project with input from SMEs Facilitate, attend, scribe and distribute meeting minutes Provide cutover weekend coordination and communication as needed Drive project execution by monitoring project status, gathering customer responses and needs, monitoring project scope and watching for potential roadblocks Reporting & communicate on day-to-day activities to required stakeholders Ability to multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles; works well under pressure
Excellent communication skills including written and verbal; ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
Relationship-driven with ability to interact with a wide range of individuals
Creative and proactive problem solver
Strong with Confluence, SharePoint, JIRA, AI and MS Office tools
SAP Analytics Modernization: Hands-on experience directing programs to migrate SAP HANA S/4 environments to SAP Cloud.

Cloud ERP Transformation: Track record of managing multi-phase migrations of on-premises SAP S/4HANA environments to SAP RISE Cloud.

Education: At least a bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required
