The Role

• Ensure accurate and timely recording of journal entries and other transactions.
• Serve as an initial resource and trainer for accounting questions and policies.
• Perform day-to-day accounting tasks for assigned communities.
• Prepare daily cash account reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations for assigned balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Identify, resolve, and prevent recurring accounting issues through process and control improvements.
• Assist in the preparation of month-end, quarterly, and annual reporting.
• Support budget, forecasting, and audit processes.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• A minimum of five years of accounting experience (or a combination of education and experience).
• Solid understanding of US GAAP.
