Job Description
Role Summary: Plan, manage and execute all Undergraduate Admissions processes, working closely with the Associate Director, Operations, Office of Undergraduate Admissions and Financial Aid.

Responsibilities:
- Strengthen all technology integration for the Undergraduate Admission team, including implementation, adoption and developing processes and dashboards.
- Develop a data-driven culture internally by designing processes with best practices.
- Oversee and improve efficiencies for all operations of the undergraduate admissions team.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance student retention and engagement.
- Prepare and present regular reports and MIS for the Office of Undergraduate Admissions and Financial Aid.
- Support and develop merit and need-based financial aid processes.
- Support website development and social media outreach.
- Ensure a seamless and delightful experience for students throughout their journey.
- Represent Ahmedabad University at various outreach activities across India and globally.
- Analyse data and trends in admissions and retention to present new strategies for the university's admissions and outreach - In coordination with the leadership team, plan, execute, spread awareness, run campaigns and drives (including but not limited to digital) and carry out marketing and business development pan India for the various University programmes.
Key Skills:
- Strong analytical skills to create, understand and process the data and various frameworks while producing accurate and quality information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and seniors
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal, organisation, and communication skills, including Public Speaking.
- High proficiency in operating MS Office, technology-oriented.
- Professional demeanour and friendly/congenial personality.
Qualification:
- Postgraduate from reputed Institutes with 7-10 years of relevant experience.
