Management and Finance Assistant

£25,989 - £28,142 - Pay award pending

Full Time - 37 hours per week

Fixed Term Contract - 12 months

About the role

This role is a Fixed Term Contract with a 12-month duration.

The Management and Finance Assistant role is a key part of the Property Repairs Service working on the financial elements such as efficiently processing invoices, raising purchase orders, scrutinising jobs for correct allocation of materials and labour.

You will be responsible for processing all financial works carried out by the service, whilst working closely with colleagues to ensure service delivery is efficient and effective.

Please note this role is office based 5 days a week.

About you

You'll have excellent organisational skills, a strong customer service background and robust problem-solving skills.

You'll have the ability to prioritise work and react professionally to dynamic situations and be an excellent team player with good administrative and communication skills.

Alongside this experience of more advanced IT systems such as Agresso, Total Connect, Civica, Technology Forge and SharePoint are highly useful.
