Summary: • Evaluate, configure, and deploy inference models and AI infrastructure to power organizational capabilities. • Build and maintain services to support LLM hosting, inference stack optimization, and production telemetry.

Qualifications && Compensation: • Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Years of experience: 12+ years • Total Compensation: $308k+ yearly Job Description: • Lead the evaluation, configuration, and deployment of inference models. • Translate high-level stakeholder goals into engineering outcomes. • Mentor engineers and grow development best practices and standards for the team. • Develop in-house services and techniques to guarantee continual high-quality inference service. • Engage with other teams to establish solid infrastructure and integrate LLM-powered tools. • Collaborate on surge efforts to support short-term, high-priority inference needs. • Utilize Python, Kubernetes, Helm, AWS, Docker, and Argo CD for infrastructure and deployment. • Leverage observability tools such as Elastic, Grafana, and Prometheus to maintain system health.
