Specialist - Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Independently manage sourcing, screening, and interview coordination and offer negotiation for
  assigned roles while assessing candidate fit.
• Ensure process compliance, maintain ATS workflows, coordinate stakeholders, and support
  recruitment reporting.
• Track recruitment metrics, leverage ATS effectively, and support data-driven hiring decisions.
• Ensure consistent candidate engagement, strengthen employer branding, and improve candidate
  experience across hiring stages.
• Leverage AI tools for sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and recruitment workflows while
  validating AI recommendations.

Requirements

• 1 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Education : Graduate / MBA in Human Resources or any related field
• Build effective working relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure a smooth candidate journey through timely communication and coordination.
• Take responsibility for assigned roles and hiring timelines.
• Communicate proactively with candidates and hiring teams regarding progress.
• Apply confidentiality practices consistently during hiring processes.
• Align recruitment activities with functional hiring priorities.
