The Role

• Oversees Human Resources initiatives for a significant number of distribution centers across the US, supporting over 1,300 employees.
• Develops and implements hands-on recruitment strategies to address critical talent needs in key operational hubs.
• Leads and coaches an HR team focused on building and sustaining a high-performing distribution workforce.
• Collaborates closely with distribution leadership to align HR programs and processes with overarching business objectives.
• Partners with management to identify talent gaps and drive strategic workforce planning.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory HR role.
• Previous recruitment experience within a distribution or warehouse environment is beneficial.
