Senior SAP Functional Consultant

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior SAP Functional Consultant to join the team and play a key role across the Projects / Project Systems stream.

This is a hands on functional role sitting between the business and technology teams. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate these into SAP solutions and support the design, configuration, implementation and adoption of new capabilities.

What you'll be doing

• Support a major global SAP S/4HANA transformation program
• Lead functional work across SAP Project System (PS)
• Partner with business teams to understand, analyse and document requirements
• Configure SAP solutions and contribute to solution design and implementation
• Work across interconnected modules including SD, FI/CO, PP, MM, EWM, IM and LE
• Assess and validate functional and technical specifications against business requirements
• Partner with application and technical specialists throughout delivery
• Build strong relationships across business and IT stakeholders
• Support adoption and continuous improvement following implementation

What we're looking for

• 3-5+ years' experience working across complex SAP/ERP implementations
• Strong hands on experience with SAP Project System (PS)
• At least two SAP PS implementations
• Configuration experience across S/4HANA and/or ECC 6.0
• Understanding of how PS integrates with broader SAP modules such as SD, FI/CO, MM, PP, EWM, IM or LE
• SAP PS or relevant SAP certification highly regarded
• Strong business analysis, requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working within complex enterprise environments or large transformation programs

Experience across Sales and Finance processes would be particularly valuable.
