Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced RHEL Enterprise Linux 10 (RHEL 10) Senior Consultant to support a large financial services client in planning, automating, and executing enterprise-wide RHEL in-place upgrades. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in RHEL administration, hardening, RH Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), and Leapp migrations. This role will lead upgrade strategy, develop automation playbooks, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with RH Engineering to deliver a standardized and scalable upgrade process. Strong communication, technical leadership, and documentation skills are essential.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience with RHEL deployment, administration, and hardening.
• Strong expertise in RH Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) and automation workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Leapp for RHEL in-place upgrades.
• Ability to lead technical workshops, architecture discussions, and stakeholder communications.
• Experience creating technical documentation and knowledge-base articles.
• Strong troubleshooting and enterprise migration experience.

Additional Details:

• Duration: 12 Months
• Hours: 35 hours/week
• Schedule: EMEA support hours with overlap to London (6:00 AM EST start; approximately 6:00 PM 1:00 AM EMEA time).
• Start Date: Subject to completion of a 4 6 week onboarding process, including background check and fingerprinting.

Requirements: Must be able to pass a background check and sign required financial disclosure forms.
