Company: Quix Labs

About Quix Labs

Quix Labs is a fast-growing health technology company working at the intersection of healthcare, technology and community pharmacy.

As we continue to scale our UK operations, we are looking for an ambitious recent graduate to join our team in the City of London as an Operations, Finance & Project Management Associate .

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants exposure to how a growing company actually operates. You will work across finance, operations, project management, inventory and internal systems, supporting the day-to-day running of the business while helping us build the processes and infrastructure required to scale.

You do not need years of experience. We are looking for someone intelligent, organised, technically confident, proactive and eager to learn.

The Role

As an Operations, Finance & Project Management Associate, you will work closely with the leadership team and across different functions of the business.

The role combines three core areas: finance, business operations and project management.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting day-to-day finance and accounting administration
  • Managing accounts receivable and helping ensure customer payments are collected on time
  • Supporting accounts payable and supplier payment processes
  • Preparing, issuing and tracking customer invoices
  • Assisting with financial reporting, reconciliations and record keeping
  • Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating stock movements and replenishment
  • Supporting purchase orders, supplier relationships and logistics
  • Maintaining accurate operational and financial records across company systems
  • Coordinating internal projects from initial planning through to completion
  • Creating project plans, timelines, action lists and clear deliverables
  • Tracking project milestones, deadlines, dependencies and outstanding actions
  • Following up with internal and external stakeholders to keep projects moving
  • Supporting cross-functional projects involving commercial, clinical, marketing, finance and operations teams
  • Helping leadership maintain visibility across active company initiatives and priorities
  • Identifying potential delays, bottlenecks or operational issues and helping drive them toward resolution
  • Helping improve and document internal processes as the company scales
  • Building and maintaining workflow automations using tools such as Zapier
  • Using AI tools to improve efficiency across finance, operations, project management and administration
  • Identifying repetitive processes that can be automated or improved
  • Supporting the implementation and management of new software and internal systems
  • Taking ownership of ad hoc operational and strategic projects as the business grows

Who We're Looking For

This role is particularly suited to a recent university graduate looking to begin their career in a high-growth environment.

You should be:

  • A recent graduate, ideally in finance, accounting, business, economics, management, technology or a related discipline
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines and priorities simultaneously
  • A strong communicator who is comfortable following up with colleagues and external stakeholders
  • Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets and financial information
  • Technically confident and able to learn new software quickly
  • Familiar with, or interested in learning, tools such as Zapier, AI platforms, project management software and workflow automation
  • Someone who naturally looks for ways to make processes more efficient
  • Comfortable taking responsibility for tasks and seeing them through to completion
  • Able to work across several areas rather than being confined to a narrow job description
  • Curious, resourceful and willing to figure things out
  • Excited by the opportunity to join a growing health technology company at an early stage
  • Comfortable working full-time and in person from our City of London office

Previous startup experience is not required . We care more about aptitude, work ethic, curiosity, organisation and the ability to learn quickly.

Why Join Quix Labs?

This is not a traditional graduate finance, operations or project management role.

You will get direct exposure to the inner workings of a growing health technology company, working across finance, commercial operations, technology, project management and supply chain rather than spending your first year focused on one narrow function.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, take ownership early and see the direct impact of your work on the growth of the company.

For someone at the beginning of their career, the position offers an opportunity to develop a broad understanding of how a fast-growing company is built and operated.

As Quix Labs grows, we expect the responsibilities and opportunities associated with this position to grow with it.

The role is based full-time and in person from our offices in the City of London .
