The Role

• Organize and structure the daily clinic routine to ensure a smooth flow for patients and the team.
• Engage in co-therapeutic conversations, building upon individual and group therapy sessions to enhance the therapeutic process.
• Provide crisis intervention, acting as a first point of contact for acute situations, ensuring stability and safety.
• Lead therapy groups focusing on relaxation techniques, mindfulness, social skills, or skill training to promote patient development.
• Offer therapeutic support during meals for patients with eating disorders, helping them develop a healthy relationship with food.
• Participate in shift work to ensure continuous patient care and support.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as an educator or remedial educator (m/f/d).
• Ideally, experience in psychosomatic/psychiatric care or residential group settings.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and a passion for working with patients.
• A respectful, professional, and empathetic demeanor towards patients and their caregivers.
• A curiosity for new topics and a commitment to professional development.
