About the Job- We are looking for an experienced MES Opcenter Architect to join one of our enterprise client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in MES, Apriso, Opcenter, Aveva along with experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead discussions with client stakeholders to define MES business requirements and translate them into scalable solution designs.
• Design technical MES architectures for Siemens Opcenter Core, including configuration, integration, deployment, and upgrades.
• Lead MES project activities including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process design, data mapping, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Advise senior leaders on MES capabilities, implementation strategies, and manufacturing transformation opportunities.
• Support practice development by sharing MES knowledge, driving innovation, and helping teams solve complex client challenges.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 7+ years of MES experience
• 5+ years of experience implementing Apriso, Opcenter, or Aveva
• 5+ years of experience with MES requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process design, data mapping, configuration, testing, deployment, and support
• Experience leading 2+ MES implementations and defining MES system architecture
• Experience using analytics and metrics to evaluate manufacturing performance and improvement opportunities
• Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
• Ability to work independently and lead projects or workstreams

 

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Engineering
• 3+ years of experience working with Apriso, Opcenter, or Aveva platforms
• Consulting experience
• Certification from Apriso, Opcenter, or Aveva
• Experience presenting technical concepts to business and technical audiences
• Experience leading project teams in a client service environment
