The Role

• Actively participate in the general trauma surgery outpatient clinic.
• Provide comprehensive care for patients with the full spectrum of trauma surgery needs in a primary and secondary care setting.
• Independently perform surgical procedures for both outpatient and inpatient cases, ensuring thorough pre- and post-operative care.
• Support medical documentation through dictation and act as the primary contact for the "Durchgangsarzt" (workplace injury) process.
• Participate in the on-call rotation for senior physicians to ensure continuous trauma care outside of regular working hours.

What You'll Need

• Completed specialist training as a physician in Orthopedics and Trauma Surgery, or a related specialization.
• Proficient in performing common trauma surgery procedures and experienced in interdisciplinary emergency care.
• A desire for professional development or prior experience in a senior physician role.
• Willingness to take on organizational and content-related responsibilities and contribute to the advancement of the trauma surgery department.
• An empathetic, appreciative demeanor, strong teamwork skills, initiative, and flexibility.
