We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to head up the Enterprise Applications program and guide a team of project managers and delivery specialists. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive the success of critical business system initiatives.
What you'll do

• Lead and deliver major enterprise-scale projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Manage a small team of project managers and delivery resources, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Oversee program costs, resourcing, licensing, and vendor/partner relationships.
• Provide clear, timely reporting on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Ensure smooth transition of projects into operations with comprehensive documentation and handover plans.
• Operate within EPMO governance frameworks, balancing structure with flexibility across Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid approaches.

What you'll bring

• Proven experience managing complex programs in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of corporate functions (Finance, HR), retail, and supply chain operations.
• Demonstrated success delivering with Microsoft Dynamics ERP (F&O, Warehouse Management, Commerce/Point-of-Sale).
• Exposure to SAP platforms (Finance, EWM, BTP Integrations & SuccessFactors) highly regarded.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills across all levels.
• A track record of delivering outcomes through effective planning, governance, and team leadership.
