Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Tester to support automated software testing and ensure high-quality, reliable software releases. This role will work closely with development and product teams to build and maintain automated tests, validate applications, identify defects, and improve QA processes across digital products and platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated software tests and testing frameworks.
  • Create and update test automation scripts using tools such as Selenium, Appium, or Playwright.
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, system, UAT, and end-to-end testing.
  • Test web applications, APIs, web services, and software integrations.
  • Identify, document, track, and troubleshoot defects in collaboration with development teams.
  • Support software releases by validating functionality, performance, and stability.
  • Work with source control, test management, and automated testing tools.
  • Test web services, XML, and WSDL using tools such as SOAPUI.
  • Support configuration management, version control, and change control processes.
  • Contribute to QA standards, processes, documentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, product teams, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.

Must-Haves
  • Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
  • Advanced hands-on experience with Selenium, Appium, Playwright, or similar automation frameworks.
  • Strong experience developing automated test scripts.
  • Experience with at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript, C#, Python, or similar.
  • Experience with functional, integration, regression, UAT, and end-to-end testing.
  • Experience testing web applications, APIs, and web services.
  • Experience with Git/GitHub or similar source control tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with development and product teams.

Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience with Jenkins, Maven, TestNG, Sauce Labs, IntelliJ, Eclipse, or similar QA/development tools.
  • Experience with load and performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
  • Experience with SOAPUI, XML, and WSDL testing.
  • Experience with Apache Tomcat or IBM WebSphere.
  • Knowledge of SSL, encryption, and secure web application testing.
  • Experience testing enterprise applications, ERP systems, web portals, or content management platforms.
  • Experience with Agile or other software development methodologies.
  • Experience with healthcare-related testing standards such as HIPAA.
