About the Job- We are looking for an experienced Lead Python With AI Engineer to join one of our enterprise client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, AI/GenAI, SQL, Agile, Django along with experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable Python applications and APIs.
• Implement complex user stories and provide technical guidance to developers.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure coding, security, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, product owners, and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Explore and implement new technologies, including AI/ML and Generative AI capabilities.
• Mentor team members and contribute to Agile ceremonies.

 

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Python and Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, SQL, Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of software design principles and development best practices.
• Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring developers.
• Good understanding of AI/GenAI and LLM technologies is a plus.
• Experience in banking/financial services is preferred.
