Architect and develop AIdriven IVR and conversational systems using PythonBuild NLP models for text classification and clustering to support intent detection and call routingPerform data analysis using SQL Design and deploy LLM workflows prompt engineering, RAG, evaluation for voice and chat use casesLead development of agentic AI workflows for multistep customer interactionsEstablish LLMOps best practices, including monitoring, evaluation, and lifecycle managementPartner with IVR platform, speed.

Minimum years of experience needed in the required skills- 3+ Minimum over all work experience required - 6+ Domain - Telecom, IVR Any certification required - Good to have AI related certifications

Must Have Skills

Python ML NumPy, Pandas, Scikit Learn, XGBoost NLP spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers, NLTK, SentenceTransformers LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI SDK Agentic AI (Good to Have) LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI Data & SQL Oracle, MySQL,
