This role offers the opportunity to be part of a trusted brand that provides expert breakdown support and mechanical repair services to millions of members. • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics. • Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK. • Handle a variety of tasks including battery changes, tyre replacements, and complex fault-finding. • Offer quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in need. • Start and finish your working day from your own driveway. • Work demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week, with optional overtime. • A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A strong customer-focused approach and excellent interpersonal skills. • A full UK driving licence. • Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure. • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. • Market-competitive base salary of £36,400 with a realistic OTE of £61,000. • Company van, fuel card, full uniform, and diagnostic kit provided. • Access to an extensive range of benefits including a colleague share scheme, free breakdown cover, pension, and wellbeing support. • Opportunities for professional development and career growth within a respected organisation.
