UX Designer

Your Day to Day

• Lead the UX design process from user research and ideation through prototyping, validation and implementation.
• Work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders and development teams to translate user and business needs into effective digital experiences.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research and usability testing to identify user needs and continuously improve solutions.
• Design intuitive and consistent experiences across different platforms, devices and screen sizes.
• Create and maintain low- and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Contribute to and evolve design systems by creating, adapting and improving reusable components.
• Facilitate collaborative design workshops and contribute to a user-centred design culture.
• Ensure design solutions remain aligned with product objectives, user expectations and technical constraints.
• Work within an Agile environment and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams.

Your Profile

• Degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, Media Informatics or a related field.
• 3-4+ years of experience as a UX / Product Designer.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating your contribution to digital products and user experiences.
• Proven experience in user research, usability testing and user-centred design.
• Strong understanding of the complete UX lifecycle: research, concept, design, prototyping, validation and implementation.
• Experience in interaction design, visual design and prototyping.
• Good knowledge of Figma or equivalent UX/UI design tools.
• Experience designing web applications is an asset.
• Comfortable facilitating workshops and working with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, proactive and autonomous working style.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Fluent in English; French is an asset.
