Exit Manager
Must have an Active DV Clearance
Exit Manager Responsibilities
Lead coordination between customers, internal teams, and incoming suppliers.
Design and deliver end-to-end exit and transition plans aligned to contractual obligations.
Ensure all exit and close-down activities are completed successfully.
Engage with senior customer and internal stakeholders throughout the transition process.
Manage knowledge transfer, documentation, and asset handover activities.
Mitigate risks relating to service continuity, data integrity, and commercial exposure.
Interpret and implement exit clauses within contracts, MSAs, and SOWs.
Provide governance, reporting, and oversight across all exit activities.
Support dispute avoidance and resolution where required.
Exit Manager Skills and Experience
Proven experience in exit management, service transition, or complex programme delivery.
Background within consulting, systems integration, or managed services environments.
Strong understanding of commercial contracts and delivery frameworks.
Excellent stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
Experience managing multiple priorities within enterprise-scale environments.
Exposure to cloud, data, or Microsoft technology ecosystems.
Strong planning, leadership, and communication capability.
