  • Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions, including video or in-person meetings with clients, staff, candidates, consultants, and business partners.
  • Utilize collaboration and communication tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, email, and instant messaging to support effective hybrid and distributed operations.
  • Manage multiple concurrent requisitions, client priorities, consultant matters, and deadlines while maintaining accurate records and timely follow-through.
  • Identify and escalate account, candidate, consultant, compliance, or deadline risks to Senior Management before they affect client delivery.
  • Submit regular status reports summarizing account activity, recruiting progress, issues, risks, and next steps.

Account Management

  • Support the day-to-day operational, staffing, and relationship activities for assigned DSIG client accounts, working closely with Senior Management and experienced Account Managers on account strategy, growth, escalations, and client satisfaction.
  • Assist in serving as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned accounts and maintain timely, professional communication with client, MSP, VMS, and partner contacts.
  • Monitor assigned client, MSP, VMS, procurement, and staffing portals for new requisitions, changes, interview requests, candidate status updates, extensions, and other account activity, and keep required account records current.
  • Support the requisition lifecycle from receipt through closure, including requirement review, recruiting kickoff, submission planning, interview coordination, status follow-up, selection, onboarding, and disposition.
  • Leverage internal tools such as Oorwin to create, update, and accurately track job requisitions, candidate submissions, interview activity, placement status, open actions, and upcoming deadlines.
  • Track client-specific submission rules, approval steps, work orders, purchase orders, assignment extensions, and related account documentation when applicable, escalating issues to Senior Management, Contracts, or Accounting as appropriate.
  • Conduct monthly Microsoft Teams check-ins with assigned consultant staff to maintain engagement, obtain assignment feedback, and identify issues requiring follow-up.
  • Support communication with assigned consultants regarding account-related questions, client feedback, assignment concerns, extensions, and other staffing matters, escalating to Human Resources, Senior Management, or an experienced Account Manager when appropriate.
  • Coordinate and support the end-to-end onboarding process for consultants selected by clients, including extensions, assignment end dates, offboarding activities, and related account administration.
  • Partner closely with DSIG Recruiting, Human Resources, Contracts, and Accounting teams to align staffing, compliance, onboarding, timekeeping, billing, and client requirements.
  • Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and participate in scheduled pipeline review, recruiting, and account strategy meetings.

Recruiting & Sourcing

  • Work with Senior Managers to identify new staffing opportunities and priorities within assigned accounts.
  • Interpret and assess technical job descriptions across multiple IT disciplines and industries to identify the experience, skills, certifications, location requirements, and other qualifications needed for successful candidates.

  • Coordinate with internal Recruiters to source, screen, and develop qualified candidate pipelines for open roles.
  • Communicate clearly with potential candidates regarding job requirements, work location, employment expectations, client requirements, and the DSIG submission process.
  • Conduct candidate screenings by phone, video, or in person, as appropriate, to assess qualifications, communication skills, experience, and overall fit.
  • Review candidate resumes, qualification matrices, certifications, required forms, rate information, and other client-specific submission documentation for completeness, accuracy, formatting, and compliance before managerial review and/or client submission.
  • Ensure resume and candidate submission packages are complete, accurate, properly formatted, and compliant with DSIG and client standards.
  • Prepare and submit client-specific candidate packages, including RFQ/RFP responses, portal submissions, qualification matrices, required forms, and supporting documentation when applicable.
  • Ensure all candidate submissions are completed before applicable client, MSP, VMS, or procurement deadlines.
  • Submit vetted candidates for client consideration, coordinate interview scheduling, and manage timely follow-up with candidates and internal teams.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and conduct thorough post-interview debriefings to capture feedback and next steps.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with candidates regarding application status, interview activity, selection decisions, and requisition updates.
  • Maintain accurate submission, interview, and pipeline trackers and actively contribute to daily team meetings to ensure timely coverage of open roles.

Sales Support

  • Identify potential expansion opportunities within assigned accounts and communicate them to Senior Management for follow-up and account planning.
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing key sales metrics, dashboards, submission activity, placement data, and talent analytics as requested.
  • Support internal approval workflows by obtaining required management approvals, signatures, rates, and documentation.

  • Facilitate laptop, equipment, account access, or badge provisioning and retrieval for onboarding and offboarding consultants when required by the assigned client.
  • Resolve timekeeping discrepancies by working directly with consultants, client contacts, and DSIG internal teams, as needed.

  • Strong writing, proofreading, and document-editing skills, including the ability to prepare and review professional emails, resumes, summaries, forms, qualification matrices, RFQ/RFP responses, and other client-facing documents for clarity, accuracy, grammar, formatting, and overall presentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in Business, Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, English, Public Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to follow established processes, manage multiple priorities and deadlines, maintain accurate records, and consistently follow through on assigned tasks.
  • Professional, dependable, and responsive, with good judgment and a willingness to ask questions, take direction, accept feedback, and progressively assume greater responsibility as knowledge and experience are gained.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, with a high level of comfort creating, formatting, reviewing, and editing professional documents.
  • Comfortable learning new concepts and terminology, including technical IT job requirements, staffing processes, client-specific procedures, and the use of recruiting and account management systems.
  • Prior IT staffing or Account Management experience is not required. This position is well suited for a recent college graduate or early-career professional who demonstrates exceptional communication, writing, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous internship, part-time employment, campus leadership, customer service, sales, recruiting, office administration, project coordination, or similar experience is beneficial when it demonstrates professionalism, accountability, communication ability, attention to detail, and follow-through.
